 Need some advice
Hi there, I am new to Yorkie talk and I have really enjoyed reading your experiences. I have a 13 year old yorkie named Tawny and I recently added another one to my family. Her name is Madisyn and she is now 4 months old. Tawny is 10 pounds and I really never had an issue with potty training her. Madisyn is currently 4 pounds and is only expected to be between 5 to 7 pounds. I am really having a hard time training Madisyn as she sometimes will go outside and come in and go again. I am thinking maybe this is because her bladder is so small and will just take time to develop. My question is for those of you with a smaller adult yorkie, how frequently do they need to be left out to go potty? Is there a light at the end of the tunnel or will I be taking her out every 1 to 2 hours even when she is full grown? |
