There is a website called truthaboutpetfood.com. The woman that owns the site attends meetings that the FDA has with pet food companies on a regular basis. She is also associated with several veterinarians. Anyway, the standards for ingredients allowed in pet "feed" continues to go down and pet food companies are continually reformulating their foods. Since in reality pet food is classified as feed instead of food it is amazing what the FDA allows to go into what our pets eat.
It is not surprising that so many dogs have digestive issues.
