There is a woman in Versailles Kentucky who sells Yorkies for $400. The cheapest I have ever found. They are AKC registered and raised in her home. Not a puppymill. I am just wondering why she is selling for so cheap... The 4 females she has for sell now look playful and happy and healthy. They're sold already but she is collecting names for her waiting list. I emailed her to ask about them but haven't gotten a reply yet. Does anyone have more info on this breeder? Why should a yorkie cost 700-1200 dollars? I mean they eat the same, have the same vet bills, and give the same amount of love as any other small terrier and most other terriers are 300-500. 400 sounds VERY reasonable to me. And i am hopeing some one here can give me info about this breeder. I do not have her name since she never replied to my email but how many breeders could there be in Versailles?
If you bought a puppy from her i would love to hear your opinions. Versailles is about 5 hours from me but in my opinion would be well worth a drive to find a yorkie for under 700
