I currently have two 13 week old Yorkie's. They are my world and want nothing but the best fir them. I prefer cooking there food and treats since I know how its made and that its natural. I feed my babies ground royal cain, chicken and rice mix. 50% puppy food and 50% mix. I started this to get them to eat, worked like a charm. Now I'm trying to figure out a safe treat I can make for training. I was thinking about Bacon but am worried about the salt. Would love sugestions. Been giving them chicken but I can't leave it out. I want something I can immediately reward them for when they potty in the potty spot. Bella has pretty much figured it out. Jewel I believe knows but is trying to show me who's boss, lol. I don't discipline them for accidents, or even intentional, its there safe area and you can't punish them in there safe area, just reward for good. Hoping to use Bella to get Jewel in line. I was giving each treats for using the potty spot, a 2 by 3 foot green carpet I got from home depot. Jewels going to gey mad when I start to praise only she who uses the spot.
