Undescended testicles are far more common that we are aware. The choc male in my album named Truffles or Casey, had only one descended testicle and I would not use him for breeding. I gave him to a pet home and he was neutered. Remember this..our females have an abdominal incision when they are spayed and thatis not a whole lot different than the extra bit of surgery needed to remove a retained testicle. He will be fine..
