I home cook for three of my pups. One has lymphangectasia ... I started home cooking for her when she was diagnosed in 2011. I consulted with a vet nutritionist and she has been on that diet since and is doing fantastic! Diet is key in this illness and I believe this diet saved her.

I also home cook for two of my pups who are litter mates and both have a problem with weight issues. It didn't matter what I fed them, they kept getting overweight and on smaller amounts of food that were almost nothing. I now home cook and they are happy and healthy .. and a perfect weight that is constantly the same.

I have considered home cooking for all but honestly the others are fine on the foods they eat so not looking for more work. lol
