The specialist seems to think that there was nothing concerning in the X-ray (minus the inflammation) and that when it went back down, he should be able to return to his normal food. I guess we will see.
It looks like he vomited a little bit of liquid today while I was at work. I was able to come home for an hour during lunch and he hadn't had any diarrhea, but he vomited this afternoon after I went back to work. He seems to be feeling a bit better now. He is no longer shaking in pain and even showed interest in playing with his soccer ball outside today.
