Well this isn't home decor, but I shop at Dollar Tree a lot and I got these dish sponges. They are a pack of 6 and are yellow with a green scrub pad. They last a really long time! Longer than the more expensive blue ones. I like how the yellow part is super thick. I'm still on my first one and it's been almost a month. These are better than the ones they had before that were 6 per pack, but these new ones have a groove on each side and they call it "nail savers", where your nails go in the groove.
I feel silly recommending a sponge, but I cook about 2-3 meals a day and I do a LOT of dishes, 99% of it I hand wash, since it's just me and bf, it would take forever to get a full load in the dishwasher. Plus the cycle takes forever. |
I *love* recommendations from people, I really do...whether about a sponge, a light fixture, wine, a grain of sand -- whatever!

Oooo, is this work bench picture worthy, it sounds cool....??!!! How did you attach the molding - did you use wood glue or nails?
