How are you going to treat the contagious ringworm now, did you get something else from the vet? Bc it def needs to be treated. You could ask for an anti-nausea med to use in conjunction w/ the anti-fungal.
For the food, I guess I'd avoid the chicken for now and feed beef and potato, ditch the rice. If you're going to homecook long term, then I'd get in touch w/
