I am not an agent!!!, but just a happy past customer! They have a great sale on now with lots of good deals. I wanted the Yorkshire Terror shirt, but they only had it in Large, :-(
As for my experience of sizing: if the item is stretchy, like knitted for example, the size chart is accurate, but for more sturdy, less flexible, coats etc I usually get a size up.
