Poor Couver, lots of thoughts and prayers here for both of you. Jezebel had a bought of vomiting and diarrhea and few months back (after hours, of course) and I took her to the emergency vet. They ended up giving her metronidazole, something to help settle her stomach, sub-q fluids, prescription food, and forti-flora. Maybe you can add some add in some probiotic to keep the intestinal flora in balance, the antibiotic can throw that off.
