My dogs have a little bolster pillow. It's shaped like a tootsie roll candy - cylinder with both ends tied off and some fabric loose after the tie. I could easily stitch you something like that using fleece or cotton if you can't find another site. Bone or heart can be done too but I think the bolster roll is cuter. PM me if you want.
