She claimed to be the breeder but basically she has bought these pups off someone from Europe and sold them on.
It's a chip that is registered to Eastern Europe but doesn't actually give any address details. Apparently they need to be chipped to enter the UK. The poor other wee pup nearly died the first night he was so unwell. Just a bad case of Kennel Cough with my wee Poppy but still.
I can report her to trading standards but I doubt they will do anything. All she has to say is "no I didn't" and I cant prove anything! |
