Good for you. That's wonderful. How old is Baby? Did they tell you? I got Annie last spring from a rescue who got her from a back yard breeder who was keeping her in a rabbit hutch in their garage. She was 4.5 months old. She acted just like your Baby. Frightened and unsure of everything. She would walk around people instead of going up to them. I think she sat on my feet for about 2 weeks before she venture away from me. As the others have said, it just takes time and love and she'll come around. Annie barely ate either. I hand-fed her for awhile so she would get used to the fact that the food was actually there for her. I pee pad trained her with Blue Buffalo Bits (little soft hearts that I break in half). She knows 'go potty' and notifies me to come look so she can get her treat. Took awhile but she's 100% trained now. I even had to teach her stairs. She could go up but not down. I really got a workout going up and retrieving her!
Use this forum frequently. Everyone here is very willing to help with anything you need to know. I'm so thankful to them all.
