This would be the number one reason not to breed you little guy. You have zero knowledge of his health history, and many congenital diseases don't show up for years. My Uni has LP grade 2/3 and that was passed on to her. This condition many times ends up in needing surgery or the dog can go lame.

Even if you puppy is healthy, many times the conditions will skip a generation or two. You wouldn't be the one to contribute to someone else's heartbreak would you? What is there was a problem with the puppies? Will you step up and take care of the situation? What if you boy doesn't know what to do during the tie and hurts the female? Would you take responsibility?
