I've had a few fosters who very very drooly. If they do it while they are sleeping I wouldn't worry. Some dogs drool a lot while they are anxious or scared too. I've only had one yorkie drool while waiting for his meal. Never seen a small dog drool over a meal like a big dog before. Yuck!
