I don't think it's padding. I've read that she said she can't lose the last 15-20 lbs of her baby weight, so she is even bigger than when she "became famous" with that video. Not that I ever saw it, puke, but the first time I saw her on tv I was like is that butt for real? Plus she is short, and has a small waist so the difference between the two, very extreme. Her tall sister also has a big backside, but she is like 10" taller so you can't tell as much. Only reason I know this is bc I was flipping thru tv and saw on TMZ and they were making fun of Khloe's butt in yoga pants. Those pants were practically screaming in pain, Uncle! Uncle!
