Post as usual and click on "Go Advanced", look for the tiny paper clip to the right of the smiley face in the icons at the top of the window and click on it. Follow the onscreen instructions.
Or, look down the page to "Additional Options" to "Manage Attachments", search your computer for the file, click on it and upload, then submit the post.
