Wow, you poor things - going thru ALL of this and yet still not being sure what's actually wrong. How scary and frustrating. I really feel for you.
My oldest kiddo, Wylie, has pre-CHF (congestive heart failure) and is on Enalapril - was that an option for you to try? Wylie hasn't had any side effects at all.
As for the Vetmedin...I too would be considering trying it again. What about if you tried it again concurrently with an anti-nausea medication?
I sure hope you figure something out, and that your baby is on track very, very soon!
