My sweet boy does this as well....truly grates on my nerves so I invested in belly bands. I bought them on ebay from the " original " belly band seamstress. Her name is Linda and her seller id is jrmom44125. I bought 2 absorbent bands custom made per Ryder's measurements.... I love them. Now he can run around and I don't feel as though I'm scolding him all the time. He is such a happy boy! I've washed them several times and they have held their shape. Definitely worth looking into.
