Sorry it's taken me so long to do this! I've found that when it's just him and I, he barks more. I have put it down to him being nervous, maybe because I am a Girl, so he is more protective? He does bark when my Partner is with me, but nowhere near as much as when we are alone. Maybe the house does sound different when it is just the two of us. Thank you so much for all the advice.
