You could always suggest to them christmas, birthday, any day gift one of those pay per use cell phones. Let them buy your time with you. lol. when i had dial up service if they didn't know to call my cell phone when my home line was busy then i didn't need to talk to them. I also had some very upset people. (mother-in-law). (like i said if they didn't have enough in the head to call my cell, then i didn't need to talk to them). LOL
