I agree with Taylor, if you want to continue a homecooked diet, I would look into the BalanceIt supplement and recipes as soon as possible.
Happy to hear Angel is improving, but the diet you are feeding does not cover all the nutrients needed in a dog diet, which could lead to other problems.
Has she been to the vet? Weeks of soft stools (and the previous diarrhea/blood) is very concerning especially in a 5 pound dog.
