I also searched online for someone with the same problem with my model, the 7147, and no one had the same issue with the from panel not lighting up. I wonder if they just cleaned my unit and slapped a new serial number on it and sent it back.
Also they made me pay for shipping to send the unit back to them. Then they want me to pay for shipping again to ship them back the unit that they sent me that doesn't work in the first place. |
Grrrrrrrrr....I'd be pissed too!! Most especially bc they won't even get back to you! That's so unprofessional.
