I hate to say it, but you probably wont get an answer to this. Mindy and I have asked about this (more than once) in threads on here and have yet to find a definite answer. Mostly, could be this, or this, or this. My neighbor had a bichon that coughed after drinking his whole life and it never got any worse. He never had any type of diagnosis. I even showed a video to my vet and she didn't have a definite answer for me, just "sounds tracheal, wait and see". Good luck, and welcome to YT!
