I would steer clear of all things Purina, for starters. Those symptoms could def be food related. Make sure the dog is getting enough fatty acids (EFAs), maybe fish oil supplements. I also give organic vigin coconut oil. Great for the skin & coat. You can also massage the coconut oil into the dog's pads. Then if it gets licked off, it won't hurt.
