Hi all, I am new here. I have 2 rescue yorkies. Miss Dog has been with me for 5 of her 6 years? Sam joined us just before thanksgiving. He is 4. Since SAMs arrival I can no longer let miss dog free feed. She is now guarding the food dish and has gained 2 pounds--up from 8 lbs to 10. Sam weighs about 6 lbs.

How much food should I feed each dog? When I had big dogs I filled the bowl and put it away after 15 minutes. I never had a fat dog. Miss Dog is beginning to look a little pudgy.

I appreciate any advice.
