I just dropped my girl's off for their weekly bath at the Groomers.

As I was leaving the car next me out darted a tiny Yorkie and took off across the street. Mind you this is a very busy road almost what I call a highway. It's owner had another dog in her arms and the yorkie got out of her arms and took off.

We finally got him back after he ran across that road 3 times and almost got hit 4 times. I held him for her and took him into the grooming office, he was so very scared I got scratched up on my arm, he was still trying to get away.

I told the owner to please never handle both at the same time, alway's have a leash on them or have them in a carrier.

So just a reminder to please use caution when taking your pet's into a grooming office or any place for that matter. Never assume they won't run.
