Welcome to the club. I had a yorkie that ate some truly disgusting things. Not only did she eat her own poop but she also ate the cat poop and the cat's vomit when she would through up a hairball.
I was able to stop the poop eating from the suggestions on here but I never was able to break her of the habit of eating the cat's hairball vomit. The only thing I could do was to diligently brush my cat and give her hairball treatments to prevent vomiting. If I didn't.....up comes the vomit!
