Outside Dexter wears flannel pj's with his parka over top. He tolerates up to about -25c for short walks. Inside he's naked
We keep the temp in the house around 15c. We did have a really cold snap with a few days in the -45c range and he started burrowing under the blanket on the couch so I put his jammies on him then.
