I have my thermostat set for 71 degrees, Cody is kept in a puppy cut, he weighs 12 lbs, I don't put clothes on him while he is indoors, night time thermostat set to 65 / 66, he snuggles up against me when we go to bed. For quick potty he runs out does his business and runs back in if he's cold, most times he has to be nosy, may stay out another minute or two to see if there is any action going on in the woods, out side daytime temps have mid to low 20's down to teens at night. For walks I put on sweater or his coat. Your Willow is a little cutie, if she likes being dressed indoors and is not over heated she is comfortable. I think indoor temp. of 70 should be warm enough to not have to put clothes on willow, her cut looks the same as my Cody's, but if she comfortable keep it on her.
