The vet I saw today said, he wouldn't do it cause the bone is almost flat and the knees are actually on the outer side of the leg. Looks like he was born with it. Grade IVs need a surgeon to look. Grade IVs are very medial and this is what you would expect - the knee off to the side. My Daisy is this way. One was fixed at age 2, another was not and she's lives fine with it.
