Default Sick Yorkie - pancreatitis

Hey Everyone, I'm very new to this site but as the title of this thread suggests we have a very sick dog at the house. We had our 7 year old yorkie, Dolche, in the Vet hospital for several days and unfortunately she has developed blood clots in her lungs due to pancreatitis. According to the hospital her pancreatitis has gotten better. They sent her home with plavix and some pain meds but we can not get her to eat. Our fear is she will succumb to starvation before we can get her back to health. She does drink water in small portions. Dolche is about 8 pounds so she doesn't have a lot of weight to lose. Just looking to see if anyone has any suggestions....we are going to get a syring and baby food and put it in the side of her mouth just to see if we can get some of it in her stomach. And we are not under any illusions that this could end badly but we want to fight!

Thank You.
