I know you've been home-cooking for ages - so it obviously isn't your cooking...!!!
I, personally, would substitute the sweet potato with rice - worth a try? And I always use white (rather than wholegrain - too rough, even for Big-Boy's tummy
) plus how about the good old pumpkin (not sure about that, have never tried it, sorry!)
