I've never had my Yorkies teeth cleaned yet but when I started Petzlife they weren't too bad at all -- if you use it twice a day at first it works pretty fast -- pretty much just how they advertise it -- I guess it depends on how bad the build up is. So far I'm still on my first bottle and have had it almost a year. There is also another product similar to this call
