I buy only the capsule size, for small pill I cut the greenie in half or 1/4 size, depends on the size of the pill, pop in the pill then roll it into a little ball, if a big capsule I do the same thing, cut it in half, at 12 Lbs a whole Greenie capsule pocket is to big for my cody. I could kiss the feet of the person that created the Greenie Pill / Capsule pocket. No more stuffing in hot dogs, cheese, peanut butter, last resort shoving down pups throat. I LOVE Greenie Pockets and so did all my babies.

Does Cody chew the pill pocket or swallow it whole?
