We just avoid soy because she has a pretty sensitive belly and doesn't seem to tolerate as much as I wish she could. I don't know for sure if soy would be a problem for her but oddly enough she has no issue with regular milk...I wish I could understand what goes in with her tummy.
Here is the recipe, it says it makes up to 75 1 inch cookies:
2 eggs
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
2 tablespoons dry milk
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 1/2 cups brown rice flour *
