Thank you! His annual is coming up in a month, so I'll ask them then. Googling these things online can be helpful but also a nightmare at the same time =( It was just so concerning as to how rapidly they came. I will try to use baby oil to see if they will rub off. I was able to get some of the black stuff of the patches but when I tried to wipe off the brown spots with water yesterday it didn't come off =(
