Zoey has some on her lower belly. I don't know what they are. I took a Q Tip drenched with baby oil and rubbed one. Something dark came off. I looked at it under a jeweler's loop to see if it was a bug but it wasn't. I have no idea what it is. I thought maybe dirt?
