I think....they aren't trying to show that they're ok now, but that they aren't going to stop living. They're going to try to continue to live on. Its something thats very important to them, they've gone through SO much, I just don't think they want to give up one of the biggest celebrations of the year. I think they're trying to show that they aren't going to give up, and they're still going strong.
One of my best friends is from New Orleans, so we had our own little Mardi Gras celebration today. It was fun.
