A Buddy Belt is a leather dog harness. YT user Maximo (Kristin) sells them at her W. Field's Boutique.
I have a few harnesses for different purposes. Puppia harnesses are always our "go to" as sometimes I'll leave a harness on him for a large chunk of the day and it just seems the most comfortable and it's very sturdy. He's active and it doesn't ever seem to bother him.
