I do not think I can help, but in my area, the local university (and probably community colleges) have classes on this. You can probably call the educational institutions in your area (vo-tech, etc) and see if there is anything like it there. Here is is a few nights a week for 2-3 months and they provide your name to doctors and vice/versa. I think (not for sure) that here they also start you out with a doctor or two and once you get the hang of it, you can add more if you want. A friend of mine said that there is a high demand for it right now. He said that you can work from home or at a doctors office. He said that the best classes to take are the hands on classes at a college instead of online, etc. Good luck!
