my chewie is 8 months old and not neutered he only molests his small stuffed toys , he hasn't shown the interest to do it to anything or any one else. yes occasionally his "lipstick" pops out all the way. my daughter will tell him to put his lipstick away. sometimes it happens when he is really excited to see you eeewww. for the first time the other day my un-neutered sheltie(12 years old) was walking around outside all hunched over, when i called him his manhood was stuck in the fully extended position, after a few minutes he took care of himself with careful inspection and noseing around and he was ok. i about freaked when i thought i would have to take him to the vet for that! how embarassing
