I waited 1-2 weeks before making any food changes for new babies. In the meantime, you could break up some of the current TOTW kibble you have and add a bit to the puppy's kibble until it's time to change, that wouldn't really hurt much if you just add a bit.

I don't know about the size of the puppy TOTW.
