Super young. I wouldn't expect anything yet. Jackson was 6 months old before he was 100% consistent. I would say he was 90% reliable by 5 months old.

Lola, my family's cockapoo puppy is approx 4 months old now and she still has some poop accidents when we aren't watching her but she's gotten consistently better over the past few weeks. But for the first few weeks, it was a nightmare. She was impossible to read when she was about to go. She's also horrible in a crate. She screams/barks/yelps and then pees/poops in there anyway, she climbs out of pens, she chews through mesh crates, UGH. We've just been leaving her in a blocked off area of the house and that seems to be working well - no more accidents while we are gone, and she seems to hold it now until we get her outside. But while we're home, she always has to go pee after sleeping for a while, after playing hard, after eating/drinking, etc.

It's just patience and a consistant schedule.
