After bathing and blow drying Bentley I felt a little bump on his rear back. It isn't red just a small bump...I will be keeping an eye on it to see if it increases or gets red. If either of these occurs he will be checked by my vet. I remember a couple years ago he had this and it went away on its own.
Maybe someone here can tell you more with their experience or advice to help help Jessie.
