But any minimal change to Tibbe's strict MVD diet to help his liver gives him nausea, vomiting and eventually pus-y stools and once or twice, days of diarrhea, or I'd have gone to grain-free long, long ago just from his itching once we started him on the hepatic diet. It's a real conundrum.
