How old is the baby? How long have you had him? I dont like to see my new puppy owners switching food until the baby is at least 8 months old...give the baby time to settle in to his all new environment, family, schedules....if baby is doing fine on the food the breeder sent him home on, no need to start creating issues where none exist by also having to adapt to a new food source. I would suggest the probiotic mentioned above....the baby has had a plethora of changes and new "assaults" on his little system.....hopefully, this is diet change related. I wouldnt be even THINKING allergies to dog food at this stage of the issue...and if it was from the rabies shot, I would have been expecting reaction much earlier....

Try to keep changes made, limited to one at a time...that way, if there is an adverse reaction to something, it is easy to see what you have just changed to, or added, or left out, or given, etc.
