I believe some dogs just get congested. I had a shih tuz and and maltese and they both where congested there whole life and at first I use to go crazy trying to figure out why. One vet told me that water or food sometimes backs up into the nasal passage and causes irritation and then congestion. So I don't think it is really anything to worry about. I worked at a vet and dogs would come in all the time with congestion and the owners would tell me that they where like that there whole life Now sammie gets congested. |
