Oh and the "IT" and "HE" thing I just assumed must be a UK thing
because one of my co-workers has not even been in the states a year and calls her children IT'S which at first I kept thinking was soooo odd but holy cow I thought I was bad about talking about my puppies and child and having up pictures she has me beat hands down
and you can tell they are her world so I just figured it was a normal term type thing
